At Pavilion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange within 30 days of delivery for all items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
